District 4 Background
District 4, often called the Heritage District due to its rich history in Lodi, is home to many of the city’s firsts, including the first city hall, fire station, and park. Today, it stands as the most diverse district in Lodi, both in terms of land use and population. This unique blend of history and diversity makes it a special place with tremendous potential.
With strategic efforts, District 4 can become one of the trendiest areas in the county by attracting new businesses, supporting existing ones, and offering new housing options such as townhomes on Main Street.
Over the past 16 months as your representative, I have implemented significant changes in city leadership, economic development, and infrastructure. Though my time has been brief, I have set our city on the right path. These changes have only been possible because of your support!
