Over the past year, I successfully secured historical levels of funding for infrastructure in District 4.
Since I became your councilman, the city has installed new LED crossings to protect our children. I will continue examine existing data to identify the intersections with the most accidents to make them safer.
The sidewalks and roads throughout the East Side need repair, and I have been working to improve them.
As your councilman, I have secured historic levels of funding for alleys.

Attract businesses and jobs to our neighborhoods

We need to create a business-friendly atmosphere so Lodi becomes an attractive city to new businesses.
Last year, council secured funding from the federal government to build a hydrogen plant. This project will be transformative for Lodi, as it will bring new many jobs to the city.
Currently, we are working on the Downtown Specific Plan to revitalize our downtown by creating jobs and providing new housing options.

Safer Communities

Our police department is one of the best in the region.
As your Councilman, I have worked with the police department by starting new programs so the public has more trust in the police in our district.
I will continue to advocate so our Police Department has latest technology to fight crime using 21st Century tools.
